EAC To Host 2026 Co-Ed Soccer Camp
THATCHER, Ariz. — Eastern Arizona College Athletics will host its 2026 Co-Ed Soccer Camp on July 15-16 at John Mickelson Stadium, providing young athletes an opportunity to develop their skills under the guidance of the EAC men's and women's soccer coaching staffs.
The two-day camp is designed for both male and female players and will focus on technical development, positional play, and tactical understanding of the game. Participants will receive instruction from Eastern Arizona College Men's Soccer Head Coach Abe Tizaf and Women's Soccer Head Coach Charles Long, who bring extensive playing and coaching experience from international soccer backgrounds. The camp will emphasize player development in a positive and competitive environment, allowing participants to learn new techniques, sharpen existing skills, and gain valuable experience through instruction from the Gila Monster coaching staffs.
Camp sessions will be divided by age group. Players entering 5th through 8th grade will participate from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., while high school-aged players will train from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
