Women’s Soccer Splits Two on the Road

The Eastern Arizona College women's soccer team earned a win and a loss in their two matches last week.

On Thursday, August 28, the Lady Monsters defeated Utah State Eastern 4-0. Kayme Smith, Adysen Smith, Kaydence Ardell, and Brynn Kelly each scored in the shutout victory. Assists were credited to Nanami Tanaka, Andrea Perez, Suika Shibutani, and Lorraine Oliveira.

Eastern then traveled to face Salt Lake Community College on Saturday, August 30, but came up short in a 0-3 loss.

The Lady Monsters will now prepare for their first conference match of the season, hosting Cochise College on Saturday, September 6, at 4:30 p.m.
