Golf Ranked #16 in NJCAA Polls

Eastern Arizona College men's golf has climbed to No. 16 in this week's NJCAA national poll, rising in the rankings after closing out January with a championship performance at the Estrella Mountain Lions Spring Classic.

The Monsters earned the team title behind a strong collective effort. Freshman Alexander Yap led the way with a fifth-place finish and was named MVP of the Week for his standout play. Pavel Casas added another impressive outing, securing sixth place for yet another top-10 result this season. Maximilian Nystedt and Cody Moore also contributed key rounds, finishing inside the top 25 to help secure the tournament win.

The strong finish has propelled Eastern Arizona into the national spotlight as they prepare for their next competition. The Monsters return to action at the Paradise Valley Community College Tournament on February 24–25.
