EAC Men’s Golf Finishes 8th at High Country Ruidoso Junior Amateur

The Eastern Arizona College men's golf team turned in a strong showing at the High Country Ruidoso Junior Amateur, held Sept. 21–23, finishing in 8th place overall with a team score of 21-under par.

Freshman Pavel Casas led the way for the Monsters, carding an impressive tournament to place 11th individually in a competitive 100-player field. EAC also had three other golfers land inside the top 50: Alexander Yap, Derek McCoy, and Dharit Iemkanitchat, each contributing steady rounds to the team's final score.

EAC men's golf will return to action in their next tournament OUAZ Fall Invitational, October 5-7.
