Monsters Wrap Up Road Trip with Strong Performances
Eastern Arizona College teams closed out their road schedule Tuesday night with solid performances across the board.
The EAC women's volleyball team earned a 3-1 win over Phoenix College, extending their winning streak to 15 straight matches. The Lady Monsters remain undefeated in conference play at 11-0 heading into the final stretch of the regular season.
Eastern will return home on Tuesday, October 29, to host the College of Southern Nevada for their final scheduled conference match. First serve is set for 7 p.m. in Guitteau Gymnasium, where the program will also recognize its sophomores in a special Sophomore Night ceremony.
The women's soccer team also picked up a key road victory, defeating Yavapai College 2-1 to close out conference play with a 7-2-1 record.

With the win, the Lady Monsters will host a round of Region I Playoffs on Tuesday, October 29, at 6 p.m. at the Safford High School Soccer Field.
The men's soccer team fell in a hard-fought 1-0 match against Yavapai, finishing conference play with a 1-5-2 record. The Monsters recorded six shots on goal but were unable to capitalize. Goalkeeper Bruno tallied three saves in the contest. EAC now awaits results around the conference to determine postseason placement.
